A lot of miscommunication exists because decisions are taken, that have no contribution to the project goal.

Every decision taken should take the Project Goal into account. If everybody understands the Project Goal properly, people will see and understand their own participation in the bigger picture and unwillingness will become less.

Best regards,
reneRene Heilig (AXpertise)https://www.blogger.com/profile/13307222145961476383noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8073916749249889105.post-20237404724410625692014-03-27T05:36:15.739-07:002014-03-27T05:36:15.739-07:00Thank you for sharing Srini.Thank you for sharing Srini.Erwinskofphttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12268075991905508528noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8073916749249889105.post-12756616965233180112012-11-24T03:19:36.189-08:002012-11-24T03:19:36.189-08:00In my experience, the following points are require...In my experience, the following points are required:

Step 0 - Find out the 'real' reason behind the client's non-cooperative attitude. Be Open in your mind and have a good talk with them. Take them into confidence and alleviate any mis-conceptions that they may have.

Step 0A - List down their real apprehensions and genuinely address them.
